Veritas Rip Carcass Saw - 12tpi

• A  hardwood handled Veritas rip carcass saw.
• The saw has a 275mm (11") long, carbon steel blade by 0.02" thick, filed rip cut at 12tpi.
  

• Features teeth with a 10° rake angle and a 60° included angle for fast, precise cuts along the grain.

• Capable of cutting to a depth of 60mm.

• The Carcass saw’s back is pressure injection-moulded directly onto the blade and stainless-steel mounting bolt, creating a strong one-piece blade, spine, and mount.

• The moulded back is made from a composite material: stainless steel powder adds weight, glass fibre provides rigidity, and a polymer resin binds it all together.

• A brass nut fastener securely holds the ergonomically shaped hardwood handle in place.

• Well-balanced saw design for smooth, accurate cuts with a comfortable, non-slip grip.

• Total length of the saw is 415mm (16¼").
