Japanese Dozuki saws are favoured by woodworkers for their ability to produce exceptionally clean, narrow cuts with very little effort. Because the blade cuts on the pull stroke rather than the push stroke, it can be made much thinner than a traditional Western backsaw, removing less material while giving the user greater control. The MCW24H's extra blade depth also makes it a versatile choice when a standard Dozuki doesn't offer enough cutting capacity, making it suitable for everything from fine joinery to larger cabinet-making projects.
