- The Veritas Beam Compass Heads can be used to draw or scribe circles, the circles are only limited by the length of the beam to which they are attached.
- This tool is traditionally known as trammel points.
- The compass heads can clamp materials ranging from 5/8" to 3/4" in thickness.
- A secured pin on each clamping knob firmly keeps each head in place on the beam.
- Contents includes two hardened steel points, along with pencil, brass, and aluminum heads. A slim, tubular hard-shell case designed for storage in a toolbox.
- One steel point features an eccentric tip, enabling precise adjustments of up to 1/8" by rotating the tip.
