A Sheffield made Clifton plane blade designed to fit the Clifton No. 3110 plane.
This Clifton Plane Blade is constructed from specially cryogenically treated 01 steel which has been hardened and tempered to 60-62 Rockwell C and finally precision ground.
The cryogenic process creates an edge which stays sharper for longer than most plane blades.
