Product Description

A 1/2 inch Robert Sorby sash mortice chisel.

This traditional design, boxwood handled sash chisel has a heavy section making it ideal for levering out waste wood from deep mortices for tenons, locks and hinges. This chisel also has a special two degree side taper to prevent binding in the cut. May be used with light blows from a mallet.
