• This Asahi Japanese Jibiki marking knife is made from the highest quality, the knife will take and hold a long lasting sharp edge due to knife being made by laminating a high white carbon very hard steel to a softer but tough steel backing.
• Blade is of high quality single bevelled with a polished finish.
• This knife is intended for general use.
• The cutting edge is at a very steep angle for maximum edge durability and polished to produce the legendary level of sharpness you expect from a Japanese edge tool.
