A 25mm (1") HSS Oval Skew Chisel made by Henry Taylor.

This fine wood turning tool with its High Speed Steel blade and English hardwood handle is easier to use than most other types of skew chisel, it is sensitive, offers precise handling, stable on the rest and is less susceptible to 'dig-ins'.
