1 1/2 inch (38mm) heavy duty socket firmer chisel by Henry Taylor (Diamic Brand). This heavy duty socket firmer chisel is constructed with a hardwood handle and a steel hoop fitted to the striking end of handle to resist splitting. This chisel has a very thick and long socket for added strength and durability.

The chisel blade is thicker than most firmer chisel blades. The blade is carefully forged, hardened and tempered, then hardness-tested to guarantee edge retention.
